ATUAÇÃO PROFÉTICA NO PÓS-EXÍLIO

Resumo

O presente artigo analisou a atuação dos profetas no período pós-exílio. Considerando que todas as profecias tinham um ouvinte certo, limitado pelo tempo e pela situação histórica vivida, procurou-se responder: A que época corresponde o pós-exílio? A que problemas ou situações as profecias se referem? Para quem foram escritas? As profecias atingiram os corações e mentes daqueles que ouviram? Para responder a estas perguntas, foram estabelecidos os objetivos de identificar quais foram os profetas, suas profecias e porque foram proferidas. Para atingir os objetivos estabelecidos, a pesquisa se dará pelo método bibliográfico e descritivo, por meio de livros apontados na referência que possam, de forma didática, responder às questões apresentadas. Uma avaliação hermenêutica dos livros bíblicos foi fundamental neste trabalho. Para interpretar os contextos históricos, cultural e religioso em que os profetas atuaram, foi adotada uma abordagem dedutiva. Ao utilizar esta metodologia, foi possível destacar a atuação profética dos três profetas. Como conclusão, foi possível atestar se o povo atendeu ou não às orientações advindas de Deus e se estas profecias também possuem aplicação prática para a atualidade.

Prophetic action in the post-exile period

Abstract: This article analyzed the role of the prophets in the post-exile period. Considering that all prophecies had a specific audience, limited by time and by the historical situation experienced, we sought to answer the following questions: What era does the post-exile correspond to? What problems or situations do the prophecies refer to? Who were they written for? Did the prophecies reach the hearts and minds of those who heard them? To answer these questions, the objectives were established to identify who the prophets were, their prophecies, and why they were uttered. To achieve the established objectives, the research will be carried out by the bibliographic and descriptive method, through books pointed out in the reference that can, in a didactic way, answer the questions presented. A hermeneutical evaluation of the biblical books was fundamental in this work. To interpret the historical, cultural and religious contexts in which the prophets operated, a deductive approach was adopted. Using this methodology, it was possible to highlight the prophetic actions of the three prophets. In conclusion, it was possible to ascertain whether or not the people heeded guidance given by God and whether these prophecies also have practical application today.
